What are the types of payment we accept?
Payment of new account is on a COD CASH (Money Order/Cashier's Check) basis or prepay in advance (Mastercard and Visa accepted). Terms may be available upon request and approval.
How do we ship your order?
We use UPS to ship out regular orders inside the United States. If you prefer to use other frieght carrier, please specify at the "Special Instructions" field at the shopping cart area before you checkout.
What is the shipping lead time for an order?
It usually takes about 10 business days to ship out an order. However, it may take longer time to process an order during holiday season.
